VICKY KRISTINE
Born in 1992, Vicky Kristine grew up with the sounds of the nineties. She was soon captivated by synthesizers and discovered with great passion the music of Chemical Brothers, Vitalic, Faithless or 2 Many Dj’s. These still resonate deeply with her today, along with other artists such as Skatebard, Chloé Caillet, Boys Noize, Ejeca, Denis Sulta and many more.
After becoming known in her native region, the producer now mixes across Belgium. She recently played in several clubs in Liege, and Brussels (Bivouac, Café des Halles, Pathé Palace, soirée Skratch), Hasselt (Altaar Festival and Rock Olmen) and shared the line of the City Parade in Mons last summer. She is also DJ resident at De Gudde Wellen in Luxembourg, a reference club, which has hosted Boris Pupul, Mezerg, Ed Banger and other known artists.
She likes electronic music in its broadest sense and has no musical boundaries. She takes the audience with her into her musical universe, from techno to house and disco. Vicky Kristine released her first EP in January, on a famous belgian label “Bonzai Progressive”. The EP is made of 3 techno tracks that are characterized by haunting synths and powerful bass lines.
